Telemetry & Privacy

What We Log

HighTower collects a minimal set of operational data:

  • IP addresses and request timestamps — used for rate limiting and security audits.
  • HTTP status codes — helps our team troubleshoot errors when you open a ticket.
  • Connection metadata (protocol, port) — for infrastructure monitoring.

We do not inspect or store transaction payloads, query parameters, or any application-level content.

Data Retention

Operational logs are purged on a rolling basis, typically every 7–14 days. Logs tied to an active support ticket or a security investigation are retained until the case is closed.

Analytics & Usage Reports

There is no self-serve telemetry dashboard. If you need a usage summary (total requests, error rates, etc.), request one through your Discord ticket — we'll pull the numbers and send them over.

A Note on Uptime

We do not publish a formal SLA or uptime guarantee for shared-tier access. Dedicated deployments can include custom uptime commitments — bring it up when requesting a quote.
