RPC, API, LCD, and WebSocket Framework
Our suite of connectivity services is designed to facilitate seamless interaction with on-chain data without compromising user anonymity. We operate under the following mandates:
- IP Anonymity: We refrain from logging or archiving IP addresses for any requests made through our RPC, API, LCD, or WebSocket endpoints.
- Identity Protection: We do not track wallet addresses, transaction signatures, or any metadata that could link an identity to a specific user.
- On-Chain Integrity: Our services exclusively relay public blockchain information. We do not inject or harvest any off-chain data during this process.
- Non-Commercial Guarantee: User interactions are never monetized, profiled, or utilized for advertising and marketing purposes.
Cookies and other information collected by automated means
We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and activity occurring on or through the Site. Our service providers and business partners may collect this type of information over time and across third-party websites. This information is collected using cookies, browser web storage, web beacons, and similar technologies, and our emails may also contain web beacons. The information that may be collected automatically includes:
- Computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier, browser type, screen resolution, and IP address

Hightower may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its business or assets, including your personal information, in connection with a business transaction (or potential business transaction) such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

Individuals may contact us directly at the contact information set out below to exercise applicable rights. We may not be able to provide access to, or correction of, your information in all circumstances.
Marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing-related emails by clicking on the opt-out or unsubscribe link at the bottom of each such email. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
Targeted online advertising
Some of the business partners that collect information about users' activities on our Site may be members of organizations or programs that provide choices to individuals regarding the use of their browsing behavior or mobile application usage for purposes of targeted advertising. Users may opt out of receiving targeted advertising on websites through members of the Network Advertising Initiative by clicking here or the Digital Advertising Alliance by clicking here. Please note that we also may work with companies that offer their own opt-out mechanisms and may not participate in the opt-out mechanisms that we linked above.
